Work group gave Fred a proposal to start a health outreach worker campaign
Redevelopment Update
- Want to approve redevelopment plan in January
- Implementation Plan finalized in May
- Problem that people aren’t turning out to community meetings.
- Andy thinks city should put in writing the kind of influence the PAC has on the implementation plan.
- PAC forming a work group on equitable development
- City wants to do a brainstorming session on what the PAC members want to see incorporated into the implementation plan.

- If workgroups drive work it has implications for the Planning Committee—Should be composed of reps from each work group.
- Also, has implications for resident engagement- each work groups takes responsibility.
- Workshops by Gus on community organizing strategies or leadership development training. More room for learning and awareness among agencies on how to listen to and involve residents.
- Poll LSA orgs about interest in leadership development training.
- Presentation to EBCF refine more and then present. Ask Mike to convene funders group.
- Jennie and David give overview at Baltimore meeting.
