The focus of this presentation will be an opportunity to share what each site is up to and what it means in terms of Phase II. Should expect a questionnaire to fill out- that will give Caey a sense of where we are. Right now the foundation is looking at outcomes and indicators not strategies and partners. Should have a strategic and learning conversation bout what outcomes mean for Oakland

  • Ten spots on delegation- half should be collaborative members and the other half should be partners, which include elected officials and any one else important to accomplishing this work.
