Decisions/Assignments:

• Prior to May HWG Meeting, Kristen will draft a mission statement and send to others for review via email. Each person will review another work group’s work plan and report back at the May meeting.
• ECE: Francell
• FES: Anna
• 23rd Ave: Kristen
• Community Outreach: Karen, Mapi & Winnie
• Housing: Samantha
• At the May meeting, we will discuss the communications plan (with Karen) and create a 1-2 page handout developed around the mission statement. We will then take this to the Joint Committee and other work groups in June and July.
• In June & July, we will redefine the indicators (targets and baselines).
