Central City East Redevelopment Area Update
- Workshop bringing together recommendations in June
- First funding available in July
- Confusion about how specific [CAN’T MAKE OUT WORD, LINE 2, P. 2] will be
- PAC looking at key areas or intersections
- Come up with a model—like a façade improvement program—that could become a model for the entire redevelopment area
- Pull out pieces from 23rd Avenue Plan to propose to PAC
- Come up with project for each PAC committee
- Ask UE to develop list of possible projects
- What does each PAC committee work on and what are proportional allocations for different types of projects
Staffing Proposal
- Review Randy’s proposal
- When does EBALDC move ahead?
- Should we be thinking about other uses of money. Other needs to think ahead on
- Look at work plan. What projects have resource implications
- Ask Randy about admin/overhead costs?
- Develop a scope of work for staff plan
