Real Estate Council
- Try to coordinate development in LSA
- Not focused on commercial or mixed-use space
- Trying to divide sites, share information
- Operating entity of the collaborative
- Give Real Estate Council write-up of what we want development-wise in 23rd Avenue Corridor

- Develop Merchants Association—SACDC, EBALDC, Oakland advisers just got a grant to focus on LSA
- Include urban gardens in public art
- Zoning changes—mostly around East 15 th
- higher height limit, more density
- Need leadership around zoning advocacy

- Anti-gentrification has to weave through all the work
- Connect with Oak to Ninth group
- Create an “organizing and advocacy” council—similar to Real Estate Council. They would take charge of organizing/advocacy agenda

- UE would like to work on traffic and transportation elements

- We need procedures, decision-making protocol, work plan, role of 23rd Avenue group in making decisions around priorities and directions
