Making Connections Online Results Database

The Annie E Casey Foundation has created an online database to help us track our performance across each of our strategy areas and to monitor the overall changes in our community. This system has two components relevant to SANN:

• the performance measures are summaries of the work both SANN and our partners are doing in the LSA each quarter and;
• the indicators are neighborhood statistics that help us see both positive and negative changes in our community through the use of Census, local Cross-Site Survey and other local data sources.

Follow this link to access the site, then logon using "making connections" as the used name and "reports" as the password.

The system allows you to view similar statistics and graphs for every Making Connections site across the country- to view ours select Oakland as the site and click the "Continue" button. In the next screen you select the types of indicators you want to view, or just leave the top box selected to see everything. Click "Submit" to load the reports. There are intructions on each page to help you navigate or see different content. If you selected the top box on the previous screen, this report page will be VERY long, just scroll down to see all the data.

The sections colored red are the indicators and relate to the status of our whole neighborhood. Those in green are Performance Measures and relate to specific goals and work carried out by MCO, SANN and our partners each quarter/year.
